At Billetkontoret we believe that travel helps bring the world closer together. At the same time, we recognise that the travel industry has an impact on the climate, the environment and local communities. That is a responsibility we want to take an active part in. We have therefore created the policy Business with care, which forms the framework for our work with responsibility in the travel industry. You can read the policy in full here.

To ensure that our contribution to a more sustainable future is built on effective, measurable processes and complies with international standards, we have partnered with the international sustainability initiative Travelife. Travelife is an accredited certification scheme for tour operators based on global standards and guidelines, divided in short into three stages: Travelife Engaged, Travelife Partner and Travelife Certified. We are currently at the second stage, Travelife Partner, while working in a dedicated and focused way towards achieving the Travelife Certified certification.
